Next 21 Speed Dual Shock Mountain Bike

HOW I KEEP FIT FOR HUNTING
(Next 26" 21 Speed Dual Shock Men's Mountain Bike)

Every Sunday morning I grab my Next 21 speed mountain bike and head out to the state forest for a 10 mile bike ride. It's a great no impact areobic workout and the scenery is pretty good also. As I hunt in this area sometimes also, it gives me a chance to see any deer sign and movements.

A bit about the bike I use. It's definitely not a top of the range make/model. It's a Next 21 speed Dual shock mountain bike and only cost about $130 from Wally's. This bike has all the features I need and does exactly what I want it to do and what I need it for.

My Sunday morning bike rides also gives me a chance to be in the woods and I do enjoy being in the woods whether its hunting or just a bike ride. Anything to get in the woods.

Of course bike riding is just for a good areobic workout for me and I also practice all year round with my bow, shooting target and when I can, 3D shooting. As I use a draw weight of 70# all year round practice is essential to retain a nice slow draw and accuracy.

The bike itself has the following features:

Aluminum Frame
Front Shock Forks
Rear swing Arm with Adjustable Shock
21 Speed Shimano Gears
Twist Grip Gear Selectors
Shimano Cranks
Side Pull Rear Brake
Perforated Disc Front Brake
26" knobby Tires

Accessories:

Bell Solar Universal Fit Helmet
CamelBak 50oz Slimline Hydration Pack
Bell Cyclometer Wireless 15 Function Computer
